1. Before You Start

A quick summary of our policy: you have 90 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging; orders can be cancelled at no cost before the order ships; return postage is on us; if the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover everything — just add photos. Please wait for our authorization before sending anything to 7137 Fairbrook Road, Baltimore, MD 21244, United States. Refunds go back to your original payment method 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.

3. After You Submit

within 2 business days you will receive our email confirming whether the request is approved and, for returns, the return address and authorization number to include in the parcel. Ship the item with tracking and keep proof of postage. Once we receive and check it, the refund is processed 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item to the original payment method; cancelled orders are refunded within 7 business days.
