What is BIANQUI's return policy?
BIANQUI offers a 90-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with the original dust bag, tags, and packaging. Contact info@bianqui.com or use our return form to start a request. For voluntary returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility; BIANQUI covers return shipping for defective or incorrect items. Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after inspection.
Are any BIANQUI purchases final sale?
Sale or clearance items explicitly marked as final sale are non-returnable. Items that show signs of use or arrive without required straps, hardware, dust bag, tags, or original packaging may also be ineligible for return.
When will my BIANQUI order arrive?
BIANQUI processes orders within 48 business hours after payment confirmation. During promotions or holidays, processing may take up to 3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Tracking details are emailed when your order ships, and tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
Where does BIANQUI ship?
BIANQUI currently ships exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How much does BIANQUI shipping cost?
BIANQUI offers free shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum order value required. Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier depending on location and availability.
